Absolutely recommend if your laptop does not have an ethernet port

I live in a college dorm and when everyone is on zoom, the wifi is not reliable. I wanted to use a wired connection but my devices did not come with an ethernet port. On the Dell XPS 15 and the Surface Pro 6, I was able to just plug it into a USB port, and have it immediately work without any driver installation. Highly recommend if you are having issues with wifi.

Functions well

This product does its job well. All I had to do was plug it in and I was good to go. Speeds are great and the adapter itself feels pretty durable.

I have an application where I need several ethernet ports on a PC. I have used three of other brand USB-Ethernet adapters with no issue. When I use these, they seem to lose their settings after rebooting the PC. When the PC restarts, they get assigned different ethernet adapter numbers by windows and the settings get reset. If I re-configure them they work until the next reboot. It seems like an issue having multiple of the same device plugged into the PC like possibly their id numbers or serial numbers are not set in the factory and the PC can't identify what device was previously connected or convigured.
