· We provide several shipping methods for every country on the earth. They are Postal Packet, Standard Shipping and Express Shipping, different in cost and time.
· After filling in the receipt information, click Continue to Shipping, you could see the delivery cost and time, then choose one you prefer. You may use the Shipping rates calculator in theShopping Cart page.
· Free shipping is eligible for US country when you buy products over $75 (some countries might be higher). If the free choice is not shown on the shipping methods list, it means your purchase amount doesn't meet the requirements.
· It takes 1 or 2 business days to prepare the product then the package will be sent out.
· Tracking information is usually available within 1 or 3 business days(not including preparation time), depending on the shipping method you choose.
· Normally, for US orders, we will ship items from the warehouse located in the U.S. For UK and most EU countries, we will ship items from the warehouse located in the EU. But if the product is not in stocks in your local warehouse, or your location is not in US or EU, we will ship your order from China.
· Please check your address information carefully. We don't refund if the package is sent to a wrong place by the information you provide.

We always hope you can get your products as soon as possible (let you get to feel how uni premium products as soon as possible), and we always work hard on the shipping part, however, the shipping cost is something we need to balance because the information and shipping fee changes so fast (we selecting a reliable carrier with a limited budget).
Moreover, the situation varies from country to country, and believe us, we are more eager than you to let you have the item in a short period of time. We don't want shipping delays to happen, and most importantly we have no control over them. In this case, we will contact the carrier for acceleration (if we could) and make sure the delivery should not meet any other difficulties and contact you with the latest information.

Normally, our shipping options are as follows, /Standard: 5-7 Business days /Expedited: 3-5 Business days /Priority: 2-3 Business day
Some countries might get a little delay, due to the different warehouse locations.
This can mean that your payment did not fully process or complete. Typically, the charge will be reversed within 3-7 days.
If you are still concerned, or the charges do not reverse after a week has passed, contact your bank or credit card company, and let them know about the issue.
