    All you need is your Order ID and the email address associated with the order to get started.

    *The return address will be provided by e-mail after submitting your return application.

     

    How to Submit Your Return Application

    Just fill in the form on the contact us page, and provide your correct Order ID and the email address associated with the order, and describe the returning reason in session Messages / Comments.

    We will get back to you within 24hr (on a working day).


    · If you are not totally satisfied with your order and the item is in unused condition with original product packaging still intact, then the item can be returned for free if you are located in the U.S. or exchanged within thirty (30) days of the item's delivery date.

    · If the returned item cannot be restocked due to appearing used, your request for a refund, exchange, or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.

    ⚠️ Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund / store credit / exchange to be issued.

     

    *Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.


    Shipping Costs Covered by Buyer

    ·Returning for reasons besides a proven defect/ product quality issue.

    ·Returning items claimed to be defective, but it was certified by the quality control team that the product was free of quality issue and functional.

    ·Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process).

    ·Some countries outside of the U.S. may impose additional taxes and/or duties, such as VAT, to import an order. The taxes and/or duties related to an order are the responsibility of the customer.



    Not Covered Under 30 Days Exchange/ Return Warranty

    ·Non product quality issues (after 30 days of delivery).

    ·Items that have expired their warranty period.

    ·Products without sufficient proof of purchase or purchases from unauthorized resellers.

    ·Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly).

    ·Product returns/destruction due to customer-provided incorrect address.

    ·Free products

    ⚠️ uniAccessories is not liable for:

    1. Data loss due to use of uni products.

    2. Return personal items sent to uniAccessories.

    3. Any delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers, including additional shipping costs or product loss resulting from returns.

     

    Lost Package?

    uniAccessories will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit.
    Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.

    If all else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance at amrich@uniaccessories.com

    Plus, we will not process a package claiming to have not been received 10 days after the carrier has indicated that the order has been delivered. (PLEASE do inform us immediately when you did not received the package, let's see how can we help!)
