Now that USB Type C is everywhere, you must have heard of it.

But what is USB-C?

Well, this should be answered in two ways.

  • Physically, it is a relatively new connector, it issymmetrical and it can be plugged in in any way.
In this article, I want to walk you through the things that are often flaunted inevery day life, change their ports to USB-C, unify device interfaces, and move towards a better and more convenient life.

First of all, camera, you must have heard about DJI Pocket.

Pocket-sized and extremely portable, DJI Pocket is a tiny camera that lets you single-handedly record memorable moments.

However, with a USB-C port for charging, you will fully charge after 1h 13m when using a 5V/2A USB adapter.

Actually using our USB-C to USB-C cable could also charge the machine, but with the same charging speed, while not supporting 100W.

Secondly, let's see the Wireless Headset.

You must get one of those to accompany you. Wireless headset nowadays is active everywhere, work space, at home entertain, or jogging, even swimming.
And they just replace the micro USB into a USB-C port, for a faster charging speed. Considered a must for frequent travelers, the best headphones contain noise canceling features.
In many models, you can skip the music and make the headphones silent to block out distractions and help you focus while studying with your laptop.
Commonly used headphones are in-ear designs, on-ear and over-ear headphones.
  • In-ear headphone designs are a lightweight, very portable option; they are inserted into the ear canal or sit just outside the ear canal.
  • On-ear headphones, on the other hand, rest directly against your ear, thus allowing you to hear some outside sounds.
  • Over-ear headphones, also known as around-the-ear or full-size headphones, have cushioned cups that enclose your ears as they proficiently isolate external sounds. While not as portable as other types of headphones, they can be very comfortable, even when used for extended periods of time.

However, in this ever-changing world, all of these models of headphones have swapped out the connector for a USB-C port, too.

Third, Mouse!

A computer mouse (plural mice, sometimes mouses) is a hand-held pointing device that detects two-dimensional motion relative to a surface. Simplify your computer setup with a wireless or Bluetooth mouse.

You don't have to worry about having wires around your keyboard or desktop. Wireless mice are also usually quite small, which means easy to carry around. You can connect them all to the mouse via Bluetooth without having to rely on multiple wired connections.

However, you may find out that their connector changes into a USB-C port instead of USB-A.

Next, wireless charger.

While most people use chargers with cables to charge their smartphone batteries, wireless charging is becoming more common.

With wireless chargers, you can reduce the number of cables in your home or office. Most wireless phone chargers are round pads or stands. If your device is compatible with a wireless charger, you can simply place your device on the pad and it will charge.

If your device is not compatible, there are cases that are compatible with wireless chargers. However, you might have noticed that the wireless charger replace the micro USB connector into USB-C as well.
